Three Phases. One Goal. Lasting Change.
The RCF Method isn't a shortcut. It's a structured process for understanding why you became unfit — and building a path forward that actually holds.
Why Process Matters
Most fitness programs skip straight to the solution. They assume the problem is simple — eat less, move more — and hand you a plan designed for someone else's life.
The RCF Method starts differently. Before we build anything, we understand everything. Your history, your patterns, your barriers, your life. Only then do we coach.
Identify
Understand your story
The first phase is about listening. We want to understand the full picture of how you got here — not just your current fitness level, but the events, circumstances, and patterns that shaped your relationship with your body, food, and movement over time.
- A comprehensive intake conversation covering your fitness history, lifestyle, and goals
- Exploration of past attempts — what worked, what didn't, and why
- Assessment of current lifestyle factors: sleep, stress, work, relationships, environment
- No judgment. No assumptions. Just honest, curious inquiry.
Uncover
Map the barriers
With your story understood, we go deeper. The Uncover phase is about identifying the specific behavioral and lifestyle barriers that have been working against you — the patterns, triggers, and circumstances that make consistency feel impossible.
- Behavioral pattern analysis: identifying the habits and responses that undermine progress
- Lifestyle barrier mapping: stress, sleep, environment, social dynamics, time constraints
- Emotional relationship exploration: food, exercise, body image, and self-worth
- Root cause identification: the underlying factors driving surface-level behaviors
Coach
Build what lasts
The Coach phase is where everything comes together. Armed with a deep understanding of your story and your barriers, we build a personalized coaching plan across all four pillars — and then we work it with you, adapting as your life changes.
- Personalized coaching across Exercise, Nutrition, Habits, and Accountability
- Strategies built around your barriers — not despite them
- Regular check-ins, honest reviews, and real-time adjustments
- Ongoing support that evolves as your life and goals change
What Makes This Different
We start with why, not what
Understanding the cause before prescribing the solution.
We work with your life, not against it
Plans built around your real schedule, constraints, and circumstances.
We address behavior, not just biology
Lasting change requires changing patterns — not just following a plan.
We stay in it with you
Ongoing coaching that adapts as you do — not a one-time program.
